Dream Cake

Today Is my friends Andrea’s Birthday. I am making a white cake with Whipped Cream and the homemade Lemon Curd filling that I made last week and put into jars. My dear sweet friend The Countess Ya Ya of Ossabaw eats it by the spoonful. It’s hard to keep up with her enthusiasm.
